Philippe is one of the founders of Ngo Jung & Partners. He has developed expertise in insurance law, more specifically in the management of claims involving damage (fire, explosion, and natural disasters etc.) and civil liability, be it professional civil liability or product liability.
In this capacity, Philippe acts for insurance companies as well as for French and foreign industrial groups, but also for insurance intermediaries, both in the field of legal advice and litigation.
His experience and extensive expertise in major claims have allowed him to act on cases such as the 2019 explosion on rue de Trévise in Paris, claims following Hurricane Irma in the West Indies, and the spread of Covid-19.
Before joining Ngo Jung & Partners in 2000, Philippe acted for a major French retail group in various litigation areas (commercial contracts, transport, and construction) at the firm Lafarge Flécheux.
Philippe speaks French and English.
