Marwa Hajjar is a senior associate in the Corporate department of our firm.

Her practice mainly focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture and growth capital transactions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships. Marwa also has significant experience in negotiating and drafting a wide range of complex commercial agreements. She also assists our clients with data protection and privacy issues.

Prior to joining Ngo Jung & Partners in 2018, Marwa worked for three years in the M&A – Global Transactions practice group of King & Spalding and previously served as a teaching assistant at Pantheon-Sorbonne (Paris I) University.

In addition to her native Arabic, Marwa speaks English and French.
